Help the 1957 Playboy Centerfold

Donation protected
In Nov. 2015, former glamour girl and 1957 Playboy Centerfold Jean Jani had a massive stroke that changed her life forever.  It rendered her completely disabled, unable to do even the basic tasks that we all take for granted every day.

In addition to being physically disabled, she has advanced dementia.  She doesn't remember a lot of her past and doesn't understand a lot of basic concepts, but she still always remembers me, my brother, and the caregivers who help her every day.

She has been cared for at home since she was released from the hospital.  Because she needs 24/7 care, it is very expensive.  In order to pay for her constant care and necessary supplies, a reverse mortgage was taken out on the house she's owned since 1969, the house that she raised her 2 kids in as a single mom after her husband, my dad, died when I was 4 and my brother Skip was 7.  It breaks my heart at the thought of losing this house if we can't repay the reverse mortgage.

We are almost out of funds from our reverse mortgage and desperately need money to pay for her care.  We have no other source of funds and have not qualified for any government assistance.

Although I, Jina Jani, her daughter, live with her and help with her in-home care, I have had to suffer through breast cancer treatments and debilitating open wounds from bad surgery for the past 3 years, so I am not able to help financially.  I recently had my 6th surgery in 3 years and am still recovering.

Despite her disabilities, she has a strong will to live.  She is not ready to leave us yet.  Every time she gets sick, she fights to get better.  She finds joy in the simplest of things, including her large stuffed animal collection and flirting with any men that come to our house.  Even though she has both physical and mental disabilities, her vital signs are always normal and her organs appear to be functioning well.

She is a true inspiration.  She teaches me and everyone around her a lesson... Enjoy what you can in the life you have.

Can you PLEASE help us??  It would be so greatly appreciated.  Every day I stress out about how I'm going to keep paying for my mom's care.  Watching my mom slowly wither away is devastating.  The uncertainty of how I'm going to pay for her care is just as devastating and stressful to deal with.

I truly thank you for anything you can do, whether it's a donation of any size or posting our Go Fund Me campaign for others to see.
