Help Tess Get Things Together

Hello, my name is Tess. I am 35 years old and for the last several years I've been struggling financially. Recently, due to being over-stressed with my job, I did something that caused me to lose that job. I had only just saved up enough to be comfortable, and those funds have been used up during the last month and a half of being unemployed.
A few weeks ago, I was hired at a new job that will pay a lot better than anything I've had before. It's selling insurance, and the more I've learned about it, the more I believe I can do it. The only real problem was that I had to get licensed, which wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't unemployed. But I managed to cover those expenses and pass a state exam.
However, on my way to said exam I was pulled over because my car had an expired inspection sticker. During my last job, the one I lost, I had a work vehicle and was commuting using that every day. So I let a lot of things lapse with my personal vehicle. And between several visits to the mechanic, which weren't cheap, I lost track of what had and had not been sorted with the car. So when I was pulled over, I discovered my driver's license was suspended because I didn't have insurance.
I begin training with my new job next week. After I finish training, I will need my car. It will cost me between $500 and $1400 to get my license reinstated, and the impound fees currently stand at around $300. My remaining funds are about $600.
I'm setting my goal for $1500, which would give me a total of $2100 just in case I've miscalculated, and if I overshoot I have some left to cover food and such until I get my first paycheck.
I've tried everything I can think of to get these funds another way. None of my friends or family are able to help, and there aren't any lenders that will give out a loan without proof of income. I don't know what else to do...
If you're reading this, thank you. If you can't afford to donate, please consider sharing.
