Help Tesfay Mirach case of cancer problem

Iam tesfay mirach from Eritrea Adiquala sub region Adenfi currently live in dekemhare.I am attacked by throat cancer and prostate I can't breathe & i can't urine good,that's why my people, my families I need your help inorder take my treatment abroad I live Ethiopia and am asking your help fo the 2nd time. Because of i haven't got enough money for treatment. I am in a very bad situation please in the name of Jesus christ my life is upon you.
