Help Teena create special memories

Teena is a very humble Central Coast single Mum in her forties and has three kids,  Kieran aged  8, Bree aged 13 and Luke aged  23. Teena has never been one  to put her hand up for help. 18 months ago Teena was diagnosed with breast Cancer and with in days she was scheduled for a mastectomy.Her recovery was hampered with constant infections which delayed her chemo. Teena fought hard for 18 months to get through the breast cancer like many others, only to be told that a secondary cancer had been found in her liver. 
We would love for Teena to create memories with her children whilst she is still well enough to do so.
One of the things that she would like to do is to take her children to the theme parks in Queensland and we would like your help to get her and her children there.
Teena has been there for everyone and now it’s time for us to pay it forward.
