Help Teemo!

Teemo is my grand-dog who belongs to my son, Colin. He has had some sort of blockage in his nasal passage and has been bleeding from his nose intermittently over the last three weeks. The vet prescribed antibiotics, but they aren't helping, so the next step is a CT scan and Rhinoscopy, which costs 3,000.00. Colin doesn't have that much money saved up, and my teacher salary won't cover such an expensive treatment.
