Help Tazzy to fight for her life!

Tazzy is my 4year old chihuahua (5 in march). She has always been incredibly active and not a handbag dog in any way shape or form. She trained and competed in Flyball, Agility, and heelwork to music.
near the beginning of lockdown in 2020, Tazzy suffered a trauma and was unable to stand/walk. After several emergency vets visits and 2 months of referral vets visits, They discovered that she has several fractures throughout her pelvis! Due to the time it took the vets, these fractures had already started to heal (incorrectly) so that her pelvis is flexible instead of solid like it should be! She has been on long term meds, hydro etc and we had managed to get her out walking and close to being her old self. 
At the beginning of January, Tazzy started vomiting and didn’t want to eat. She went to the vets and was put on different meds to help. After 2 weeks of eating less then 1/4 ofher daily food, she went back to the vets who referred her to Dick Whites. During the wait for the referral Tazzy went down hill very quickly and ended up as an emergency referral. Dick whites discovered she had a partially perforated stomach ulcer. They started treatment and a few days later she came home. She was home for 2 days with no improvements. She had an appointment to have a feeding tube put in but over night she deteriorated and was more dead then alive when we managed to get her to the vets! The have done all they can and managed to keep her stable with a nose feeding tube, fluids and glucose. She needs to regain strength in order to have a GA to have a proper feeding tube put in. We thought we were ona good path but this morning she had deteriorated again! We have massively gone overher insurance and (due to covid and not being able to work) have no way to pay for what has already been done let alone anything else.
This little girl has gone through so much and now needs help to keep fighting. Please help her continue to fight for her life!
