Help Taz get new knees

My name is Darby, and I'm trying to raise money to fix my dogs legs.  Taz is a 3 year old pomeranian.  He's had issues with luxating patella (his knees popping out of the joint) since he was a tiny pup.  Back then the vet said it wasn't a big deal but now they are saying its level 4 (the worst it can possibly get).  When I took Taz for his surgery consult, I was devastated to hear that his surgery  was going to cost around $10,000 dollars if not more.  Im a single mom, and I live paycheck to paycheck.  I applied for the carecredit card and it only gave me $1400... I've been online looking up organizations that can help and I'm just hitting dead end after dead end.  So putting aside me pride and in pure desperation, I'm asking for any help we can get.  Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
