Help Tay on his Journey

Hi everyone!  I’m asking for your help to raise money on behalf of my cousin Roger Tay Moungkhounsavath.  As of July 7th 2020 Tay was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of an avocado seed which he then went in for a cerebral angiogram on the 4th of August.  Shortly after doctors went in to remove the tumor and the surgery was a success but at the cost of his memory,  he has since been on the road to recovery; learning to read, write and do math equations again.  The doctors were able cut out the tumor but there is still a smaller tumor behind his left eye and left ear.  As of January 25th Tay as been attending radiation therapy attempting to get rid of what remains.  The reason I am asking for your help is because he was recently denied any government assistance and has been living on his own means since embarking on this journey.  Those of you who know Tay, know that he is a kind hearted individual with lots of charisma.  Before being diagnosed he was trailblazing in his industry with a bright future.  It saddens me to see that the government that we all pay taxes to have denied Tay of any assistance so anything helps.
