Donation protected
Please help us raise money for this beautiful young lady, I have posted Tamsin's life story below so please take time to read it. Tamsin gives her life helping and caring for others and now down to her own ill health cannot do this and it breaks her heart. if we could take a little bit of the financial worry away for her it would be a huge help, this way she can concentrate on her fight ahead....

Tamsin was  Born 24/9/1996 and was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia (Liver disease) soon after birth.
28/11/1996 (just so happens to be her mums birthday!) doctors perform a Kasai operation which removed most of the liver disease, gall bladder and bile ducts
Tamsin then spent most of 1999 in and out of hospital due to various infections but then spent childhood life up until 2011 really happy and well
She was then diagnosed with Internal Varicose veins in 2011, complication of the liver disease.
24/9/2012, Tamsin's  16th birthday she passed out on the bathroom floor with a life threatening infection called ascending cholangitis. Had a few bouts of this leading up until 2015 and spent a fair amount of time during  her GCSEs and A-Levels in hospital
October 2015, suffered her first bleed with varicose veins. Highly explosive, ended up in intensive care in QMC Nottingham in a medically induced coma, where they were able to do a TIPPs procedure which held steady for a month
6th November 2015,  Tamsin had another internal bleed. Stayed in Lincoln hospital, but a bleed on the 11/11 led to brain poisoning and then being transferred back to QMC Nottingham to have the TIPPs procedure redone.
March 2016,  Tamsin was assessed and placed on liver transplant list at St James Hospital in Leeds
May 2016, another liver infection
30th November 2016, got call from Leeds telling her they had a liver for her
1st December 2016, transplant went ahead and  was successful She
recovered really well, and no further issues or complications. Tamsin's parents then moved to Texas in Feb 2020 and Tamsin was settled in her work and life.
Tamsin works as a support worker and healthcare assistant and has still carried on caring for others during this pandemic . The she became unwell again so on
17th August 2020, she let her parents that she had to call an ambulance query unknown infection. CT and blood cultures done in Lincoln
18th August 2020, Lincoln transferred her care to  St James Hospital in Leeds, querying an inflammation in her bowel
19th August 2020, Bowel surgeon informs me that it’s a tumour in her bowel. Arrangements was then made throughout the day to get parents back from America  Tamsin then awaited the devastating news and on
20th August 2020,her surgeon confirmed the tumour was not benign and was in fact a type of bowel cancer due to it multiplying in different places along my bowel.
Tamsin's Parents got to St James hospital at 2pm that day. Biopsy was taken and she now has to wait to see what type of cancer she has.
Tamsin is trying very hard to keep her spirits up and has named the tumour Terry
she is determined to kick his ass and we are all behind her.

Lets support Tamsin whilst she kicks Terrys butt
