Hello friends, my name is Tahani. I am 30 years old. I live in Gaza in Deir al-Balah camp. I graduated from university with a major in child education. I reach out to you today with a heavy heart and a request for help. This fundraising initiative aims to provide essential aid and evacuation assistance to myself and my family. I and my family are currently trapped in Gaza, a place torn apart by conflict and suffering. We face unimaginable hardships and danger on a daily basis, and I fear for my life and the lives of my family as violence and instability continue to escalate around me

The situation in Gaza has become increasingly dire, with continuing conflict, economic instability and limited access to basic necessities. Tragedy has struck for myself and my extended family. We left the impact of the nearby explosions and were displaced twice from one place to another, and we moved each time in search of a safe place. But there was no safe place in Gaza. They claim that there are some safe places, but they lie, and the continuous bombing still threatens our lives, which leads to hunger. and collective trauma and disease. The situation has become unbearable, and I can no longer stay in Gaza without risking my safety and the safety of my family

Note from the organizer* My name is Kristen. I am an actress and educator living in New York City. I am raising money for Tahani and her family. Almost everyone in Gaza has lost their homes, all of their possessions and livelihoods. A small pack of water can cost $50 or more. Evacuation fee's cost anywhere from $5,000-$10,000 per person. Tents can cost $3,000, and basic medicine and food costs are astronomical. Everyone has some sort of illness or injury, and everyone is starving. Please do what you can to help this family.
