Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my story. My name is Mohamed, and I am a recent graduate from the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa. With your support, I hope to embark on an exciting journey at the American University of Paris (AUP) to pursue my passion for filmmaking and computer science.

After graduating last year, I took on various responsibilities, including filmmaking projects and exploring different opportunities. Throughout my journey, I have come to realize that my true passion lies in filmmaking. However, the path to realizing this dream has not been without its challenges.

AUP offers a unique opportunity for self-designed majors, allowing students to combine courses and degrees tailored to their professional aspirations. For me, this means combining computer science with filmmaking—a perfect fit for my creative and technical interests.

I am thrilled to have been admitted to AUP with a full scholarship, but there's a hurdle I need to overcome before I can confirm my attendance. To secure my spot, I need to make a deposit of €1,250 by May 15th, covering health insurance and orientation fees. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, my family is unable to assist me with this expense.
