Help Susan Battle Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer

Susan is the friend we all wish we had! She embodies the expression "there are no strangers, only friends you haven't yet met." She's a bright spot in anyone's day and would do anything she could to help someone else. Now it’s our turn to do what we can to help Susan and her family.

Unfortunately, she recently learned she has Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer that has already spread to her lungs, ribs (two of which are fractured from the cancer), sternum, vertebrae, pelvis and hips. She had a negative mammogram in February and was surprised to notice a lump in April. She quickly had it checked out and was blown away to learn she not only has breast cancer but it has spread throughout her body. It brings her much physical pain but she is mentally and psychologically strong and READY TO FIGHT!

Surgery is not an option, but her doctors have presented her with a treatment plan that we all hope will bring her pain relief and kick this cancer's BUTT!!!!

She has two wonderful kids, a supportive boyfriend, and many amazing friends and family helping her through this. Now what she really needs is help with the ridiculous medical bills that have already started rolling in.

As this is a chronic condition, Susan will have treatment for the rest of her life. To help defray the costs of the already mounting medical bills, as well as ongoing treatment, the goal is to raise $10,000. All donations will be used to pay for medical bills, medications and other treatment options.
