Sonia's Kidney Transplant Fund

Please help us raise funds for the medical expenses of our dear friend, Sonia Zambrana. She was diagnosed with kidney disease at 19 years old and has survived gracefully with one functioning kidney for 20 years. Sonia has staved off the disease as long as she could with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Unfortunately, her diagnosis has progressed and Sonia is currently considered a candidate for kidney transplant surgery. She is prepared to move forward with the help of a wonderful kidney donor. All donations will help Sonia with the cost of her kidney transplant surgery and recovery. Every donation is so gratefully appreciated!
