Help Support Poor Filipino Families

Thank you very much for your interest in helping families, orphans, and vulnerable children in the Philippines.

This fundraising project is lead by Mike Schæfer Olsen (Danheim), a Nordic Folk musician from Denmark.


I started this fundraiser in hopes of helping vulnerable families, children, and disaster-hit areas in the Philippines, which was part of my travels back in 2018/19. I've seen the life of street kids living on the streets of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, often living without a roof over their head, and with very few means of survival and food. 

The people of the Philippines are some of the most hospitable and kind people I have met in my life, even those with few means or barely in possession of anything, often stand with open arms and a big smile if you were to need of any help. I really hope you would consider supporting this campaign, even if it's only with a small amount since it still goes a long way to helping the kids.
