Help Support Officer RJ's Recovery

On Thursday, October 19th at 10:15 am, a routine day turned into one of the worst days for our police department family as Senior Officer RJ Hudson was involved in a horrific crash while on duty as a Grapevine Motor Officer. Officer Hudson’s motorcycle was struck by another motorist forcing him off the highway and down a concrete embankment. By the grace of God, Officer Hudson survived this horrible crash and was rushed to the ER where he was treated for multiple injuries including broken ribs, punctured lung, broken arm, and broken ankle. Officer Hudson is still being treated and has undergone multiple surgeries and soon will start the healing process.

While he is a fighter and super tough, Officer Hudson will not be returning to work anytime soon. For this reason, this GoFundMe page is being started to help his family continue to be a presence in his treatment on a daily basis. No family should have to worry about paying bills at a time of crisis.  If you feel led to give, please know that every dollar raised is for Officer RJ Hudson and his family.
