Help Support Mikaela and her family

This is my daughter Mikaela.
On the 17th December 2022 (her sons 4th birthday), Mikaela was admitted to Albury Base Hospital due to being quite unwell for a couple of days prior. She was then transported down to the Royal Melbourne Hospital where many tests were undertaken to determine the cause and diagnosis.
After three weeks, she was informed she has Acute Cerebellitis.
Cerebellitis is swelling of the brain and spine and affects the whole body. This condition is usually seen in children but is very rare in adults.
Mikaela has not been able to walk, talk, shower or feed herself since this began. Mikaela is still in a rehabilitation facility in Melbourne as she works incredibly hard to learn to do these things all over again.
Mikaela is the loving mother of two small boys, Ahren who is 4yrs old and Lonnie who is nearly 9 months old and partner to Brad.
Brad and families have been doing it really tough. Brad has not been able to work full time since this began as he has been going back and forth to Melbourne and supporting his boys. Both families of Mikaela and Brad have been doing all they can to support the family as a whole but will need some financial assistance going forward.
Any monies raised will go towards day to day bills, rent, electricity food ect. that need to be paid and anything Mikaela is going to need once she comes home.
We do not know when or if Mikaela will recover fully to how she was before this began. We have a very long road ahead of us as a family and if you are able to assist in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. The Gofund me page will be up indefinitely.
