Last night we lost our mother, our angel. After a whirlwind battle with breast cancer 'Mother Mary' suddenly & unexpectedly developed complications & rather than let her suffer the Angels decided to escort her home.
Our mother was one of the kindest, most loving & giving souls you could ever know. She never met a stranger & everyone who was blessed enough to know her loved her. We could not have asked for a better mother. Her entire life was devoted to her children, grandchildren & most recently great grandchild.
She spent 30+ years in child care & raised many, many babies during those years. She loved each child as though it were her own & treasued them in her heart always. They brought such joy to her life.
There are no words to express the depth of love we feel for our mother nor to express the depth of sadness we feel over our loss. The love, kindness, prayers & support my mother received from so many people was amazing. We feel so much gratitude . Thank you just doesn't seem enough.
As we prepare to honor mothers final wishes we feel the struggles of carryimg out a fianl farewell. Mothers illness came on very suddenly & like so many of us she had not prepared for this chapter in her journey. So I find myself tonight doing something I never imagined. On behalf of myself, Beth & Will I am asking for your help & support in raising funds for my mothers farewell. All donations will go to pay for final expenses & if donations exceed this the funds will go to pay on the many medical bills mother incurred in her battle with breast cancer.
We thank each of you from the depths of our hearts. We ask also that you keep us in your thoughts & prayers in the days to come .
