Help Support Lynda Loewen Memorial Fund

Lynda Marie Loewen, an absolutely beautiful soul, returned home to heaven the morning of December 10, 2021 after a five-year long battle with breast cancer. She was surrounded by the loving arms of family and friends at home.

Your gift today will help remember and honor the beautiful person Lynda was on earth and is in heaven. All funds will cover funeral expenses and all remaining funds will be placed in a savings account for her children Lucas and Lucy Loewen. 

 

Her world revolved around her love for Jesus, her husband Adam, their two children, Lucas (6) and Lucy (4), family and friends.

 

She was a strong woman of faith and lived it out with her thoughtfulness, kindness, generosity, forgiveness, humility, and hospitality. She was witty, creative, and full of spunk but also gentle, caring, and gave the best hugs.

 

She had an amazing talent to make all things beautiful, light-filled, and calming. She always gave the most thoughtful gifts — things you’d mention off-hand but she’d remember. She loved worship music, a cup of hot tea, animals, gardens and watching her children play outside.

 

Her favorite scripture was Isaiah 41:10 “Do not be afraid for I am with you…” She wanted her life to glorify God and for all of us who remain to remember her faith, her life, her love for her children, and to be joy-filled.

 

Lynda grew up in Sequim, WA (class of 2003). Met her husband Adam in Scottsdale, AZ. And was raising their children in Bothell, WA.

 

She’s survived by her husband Adam Loewen, son Lucas Loewen, daughter Lucy Loewen, her mother Cynthia Cickavage, her biological father Mitchell Weber, sisters Cassandra Johnson and Diva Weber, and brothers Bryan and Beau Little.

 

Lynda will live on in our hearts and we are forever blessed by her presence in our lives.

 

We held her Celebration of Life service on Saturday, December 18 at her home church complete with a beautiful eulogy, white roses (her favorite flower), a "candy bar" of her favorite candies (licorice, peanut m&ms, and peppermint chocolate), and worshiping together to her favorite songs.
