So 2020 has been hard for everyone. Despite how the year went I still feel very fortunate. Although I injured my back in February, I have a good job with lots of flexibility, I had a healthy baby boy born in March, and the end of the pandemic is in sight. However, the story is very different for thousands of our fellow humans across America and in our communities. I have heard too many stories of unprecedented demand at local food banks and pantries. To make sure people have food eat seems like one of the most basic things we can support.
