Help support Debbie's long recovery from Covid-19

On December 14th, Debbie Gruver was flown by Flight for Life to University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City and is in the MICU on a ventilator, fighting Covid-19 and Pneumonia.  She has made baby steps this past week that give us great hope that she will survive this.  We understand from the doctors that her stay in the hospital will be a lengthy one, potentially many months until she is able to return home.   

We have found a wonderful place for Jerry and family to stay at a reduced rate to allow for  daily visits as "Team Deb" cheers her on and supports her long road to recovery.     We are raising funds to help pay for the lodging and every bit of what we raise will be used to directly support Deb and help her get better. 

Our fundraising goal is to cover the costs for 2 months, and average $58 a day.  $58 a day allows Debbie to have daily family support,  providing  her encouragement and in-person support she needs to work towards going home.
