Hello everyone out there,
This fundraising is dedicated to the help of a huge animal shelter located in one of the stricken and poor cities out there. The city and its people are facing different types of hardships. But let's think for awhile about the forgotten ones in those hard times. The stray animals, dogs and cats that are affected by hard circumstamces as much as human beings do.
This fundraising is dedicated to the help of a huge animal shelter located in one of the stricken and poor cities out there. The city and its people are facing different types of hardships. But let's think for awhile about the forgotten ones in those hard times. The stray animals, dogs and cats that are affected by hard circumstamces as much as human beings do.
I'm starting this fundraising to support this animal shelter which is owned by a lady, who sold her house to give refuge to 3500 dogs and hundreds of cats. The shelter today is under very bad conditions that might lead to the closure of this shelter if no action was taken and all animals there are facing the danger of being displaced because they're not welcomed anymore in the land where they live now. Hunger has spread amongst the animal as no enough food could be provided and due to the lack of resources and donations. So many of the dogs are having cancers, big injuries or lost one or two of their limbs by accidents or by being tortured by people in the streets. They need urgeries, medical treatments, rehabilitation and lots of care to regain their health, their ability to move, walk and redevelop confidence and trust in people and life. The place itself is in a very bad shape and needs renovations and constant maintenance. In addition to the necessity of spaying all dogs and cats in order to break this cycle of suffering.
This lady has fought bravely for a long time and spent all she has, to keep her shelter open. She put her life in danger hundreds of times and travelled miles and miles to save a tortured soul. Her body is full of scares, her soul too. she's helpless and desperate but still fighting for her cause. She needs us to fight with her.
Let's give those animals a second chance in this life because they deserve it otherwise they will all end up going back to the streets where they'll be shot dead, poisoned or tortortured to death.
What the money will be used for:
- Buying or renting a new safe land for the animal's.
- Paying transportation fees to move the dogs and cats to the new land, and the new rescued to the shelter.
- Building cubicles and providing them with shades and blankets to keep the animal's from weather changes.
- Buying vaccinations, medications and anaesthetic, antiseptics, disinfectants, bandages, diapers etc.
- Paying the expenses of the animal's medical treatments and spaying procedures.
- Providing the animal's with good nutrition.
- And a lot more.
