Help Start the Insurance Process

On November 7th, Nicko Custin was in an accident where a man with a warrant out for his arrest ran a red light and hit him head on. Insurance is requiring us to pay $1000 to be able to start the process of getting the car paid off and suing the man who hit Nicko.
