Help start the Fox Theatre

The Foxes have decided to purchase the Historic Cedar City Theater and convert it into a performing space. The building is currently vacant but acted as a movie theater for decades. It's a 10000 sf two screen Theater originally built in the 1930s. After minimal renovations, the building should be ready to launch dinner theatre, small concerts and other events for the community. While this is a terrifying endeavor, we have considered the risks and amazing opportunities, and decided it will be great for us. Saving a down payment has been slow going and I worry with a recent drop in price, the theater may get purchased and turned into a drug store or parking lot. As a result we are trying to expedite our acquisition by asking for help from anyone that is willing and able. These donations along with our savings will act as a down payment for a loan to purchase the building or will be the seed money to convert the space while leasing the building. Either way you will both be helping our family achieve a huge dream in an exciting new opportunity and bringing to life a historical theater in the heart of Cedar City.
