Help Stacy Access Specialist Medical Treatment

Dear Friends and Family,
I humbly reach out to you today with a plea for help for my amazing wife, Stacy. For years, she has battled chronic, debilitating conditions that have relentlessly affected her quality of life. Despite countless visits to specialists here in Australia, her search for effective treatment has been met with frustration and disappointment.
Over the past four years, Stacy has endured a rare vascular condition called Nutcracker Syndrome, for which she underwent open abdominal surgery to carry out a left renal vein bypass in 2021. Unfortunately, five months later, her symptoms persisted as it was discovered that the left renal vein had thrombosed. Additionally, her left iliac vein was compressed, which led to stents in both veins. Stacy was also diagnosed with May-Thurner syndrome and pelvic congestion, which are rare vascular conditions as well. Since then, she has lived in constant pain, unable to go to the toilet regularly and in September of last year, experienced dramatic weight loss of 15kgs to the point where she can’t gain weight, unable to eat or keep food or fluids down and her weight is critically low. Despite her relentless efforts and extensive research, specialists dismissed her symptoms, only after Stacy pushed and advocated for certain tests to later be diagnosed with Gastroparesis and SIBO and still would get no where with specialists who declined to take her on as a patient. It also seems she is experiencing adhesions from her previous open surgery, further complicating her condition. Throughout this ordeal, Stacy has undergone numerous tests, scans, procedures, emergency room visits, hospital stays, and appointments, with diminishing hope after each visit and she continued to fight.
Having exhausted all avenues of treatment locally in Perth and Australia, we have reached a critical point due to the rapid deterioration of Stacy’s health. Stacy’s parents reached out to specialists in India, explaining her circumstances and the challenges she has faced over the past four years. After a few consults, the specialists advised us that they could help with the adhesions, and this treatment alone could offer Stacy some hope of relief and a chance at reclaiming a semblance of the life she once knew. They are also willing to investigate these other conditions however, it comes with a financial cost, including pre-surgery tests and scans, the surgery itself, hospital room costs per day, and post-surgery ICU care.
Why India? Even though this took a lot of thought and was never our first option, we had no choice in the end as the care and treatment Stacy needs aren’t available here in Australia, with numerous specialists not willing to touch or get involved because Stacy is too much of a "complex case", making India our last hope in this long, frustrating journey towards a healthier life.
