Selfless, Caring, Honest, Trusting, always willing to help others, upbeat and a fighter for all – these are just a few words and phrases that have been used to describe Stacey. And now Stacey needs our help.
Stacey Haag-Magagnotti is my friend and co-worker. There are so many of us that want to help Stacey and her family so I am setting up this fundraiser for those that want to show the same love and support that she has given so many of us.
Not even a month ago Stacey was getting prepared for a surgery to help with her back pain and had the usual pre-op including a Chest xray. This was the start of one of the most difficult few weeks in her life so far. After further testing it was confirmed that she has been diagnosed with diagnosed with Stage 3b non small cell lung cancer with lymphatic involvement.
There is no cure...but Stacey’s goal along with her very large family is to manage this and pray that there will eventually be something in the future that will lead to her being cancer free. Stacey, her husband Paul and their 5 children Chey, Carrie, Zach, Jenna and Logan, and everyone else in the Haag-Magagnotti tribe are banding together to become an army to win this battle.
Stacey takes good care of herself and she’s not a smoker.....How can this happen we all ask? We do know that the beautiful old farmhouse that Stacey and her hubby Paul purchased not even two years ago tested positive for radon and that they will be testing the well and moving forward with a remediation plan. However it happened though is not the main focus but what has to happen now is that we all get behind her to help her fight this fight!
Stacey and Paul are essentially newlyweds...still in the midst of celebrating their first year of marriage. They met because of a common interest in their hobby outside of work. Their love took them down a path of following their dream with Paul leaving his job to open a business around their mutual passion of buying and selling antiques, along with several other unique one of a kind home decorating items. Because of this Stacey sustained her job as a nurse to be their stable income.
Stacey needs to dedicate her energy to her fight against this awful thing we call Cancer. For all of those want to help in any way - this is the way you can do it! Any donation is extremely appreciated!
