My dear friend Sienna (some of you know her as Boyd) has been undergoing MTF Transition for nearly 2 years now.
Transition is a process, and it isn’t easy.
Besides the mental and societal obstacles the transgendered face, medical and cosmetic procedures often aren’t covered by insurance.
