Sakubva Helpers UK was formed a couple of years ago to assist the folks in Sakubva in the City of Mutare, Zimbabwe, to sustain their community’s educational needs. Sakubva Helpers is now in a position to send a container load of donated educational resources and needs to fundraise to defray shipping and handling costs.
Sakubva Helpers UK has previously shipped the donated educational goods and musical equipment through individuals who have donated some space in their containers. Sakubva Helpers UK now has a garage full of goods that need to be shipped to Mutare in Zimbabwe. If Sakubva Helpers UK can pay for the shipping and handling costs to secure a container, the process becomes more reliable and cost effective.
To date Sakubva Helpers UK has managed to send over 50 000 books, computers, musical equipment, and other educational resources to Rebuild Sakubva.
Call to Action:
Sakubva Helpers UK is now raising £ 3,800 towards shipping and handling costs to send a container load of educational books and equipment to augment the government funding deficit in the sector. Rally the troops via social media to help make this campaign a success.
