Help Sherry with her food truck

Hello I am Jorrell Elbo. I was born in the Philippines. Raised by both Filipino parents. With My Dad in the US Navy, we grew up in San Diego. My amazing wife, Sherry, and I were trained by my outstanding mother and father to make Filipino food. The Facebook page is Elbo's Lumpia.

Growing up with filipino food didn't seem like anything. You ate what was given to you. There were many dishes growing up where I fussed with, cause I did not like it. Not knowing other people did not eat like how my family ate. Eating rice served with every meal; either it be Adobo, Kare-Kare, Sinigang, Afritada, Dinuguan, Si-Sig, some kind of fermented fish, ect... But that's later to come because knowing what I know now, all of it is delicious.

This community has embraced and supported my family through our kids Lake Valley Elementary school, big brother big sister. The boys and girls club. Also Hitmen youth football with support of Bradshaw Mt. High school football boosters. Great people surround us. We have participated in many events throughout these tri-cities. We love the inspiration of what we can offer to the area. Synergy Wellness Center has supported my Massage career for the past 6 years with many more to come.

The Prescott area is in need of more authentic asain cuisine. We are offering Filipino Lumpia, fried egg rolls, about 3 inches long. Filled with different proteins. We can also offer different filipino cuisine dishes on different days to introduce our culture. To share greatness is one of our goals for this area.

We are in need of a food truck to serve the Prescott area. These trucks are the easiest way to prepare and distribute to an audience. The trucks can be customizable, prices ranging from 30 to 100 thousand dollars.

We would like help to raise for a down payment at least $30,000 for a food truck financial facilitator.
