HELP Shelby get medical care

My name is Shelby McQuillin.I am 50 years old. I have not worked for  15 months .I developed a bacterial infection in my spinal column but was misdiagnosed twice before the doctors realized the growth on my spine. A surgeon removed the abscess and started me on antibiotics  through  a straight line into my spine. Two weeks short of the scheduled  end date of the antibiotics  treatment ,I developed Dress syndrome which is a severe reaction to the antibiotics. I was sick for 3 weeks with complications  from the antibiotics. My spine is damaged ,so I have trouble feel
ing anything from my waist down. I have started to walk again with no balance  and unsteady control. I do not know about my prognosis for the future. I still have pain in certain areas and can not feel when I have a need to urinate. I  do not have insurance since I have not worked the last 15 months.I need medical care and to get on disability which requires a medical paper trail which I can not pay for right now. A lawyer would be able to help me but again no  money to pay ; my retired mother is supporting me at the moment. My younger brother died in December 2019 from complications to his heart from this same infection.
