I have created this fund in support of my son who has made me very proud.
Tauya says that his calling is to be a healthcare provider. His short term goal it to become baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse with the long term goal of becoming a Master's prepared Nurse Practitioner.
On Wednesday, September 11,2019 (prior date 9/12 was an error) Tauya made his gifts,talents and skills apparent to the world while outside taking orders at the Drive thru at his job. Across the parking lot he saw some frantic, panicked guys next to a car. He knew something was not right so he informed a co-worker that he was going to investigate and sprinted quickly across the parking lot to find a guy unconscious on the ground. He immediately started chest compressions and instructed one of the guys friends to call 911. When the paramedics arrived they said his quick actions saved this young man's life.
The young man was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Tauya recently completed his pre-requisites for nursing school at a local community college where he also learned the life saving skill of CPR. Since Tauya is trying to work to fund his education he was considering becoming a nursing assistent first so that he could gain experience in the hospital while continuing to earn money to fund his higher education.
Tauya has shown that he has a sincere readiness and desire to positively impact the lives of others through the kindness and diligence that he shows to his customers and fellow co-workers at the local fast food resturant which he is employed . He has also demonstrated his ability to be a skilled first responder in healthcare with the fundamentals that he has already learned by saving a customers life.
Lets give Tauya the opportuntiy to pursue his dreams without further delay. There is a hospital, or clinic or even a parking lot that needs somebody with the courage, strong devotion and big heart for humanity like Tauya Nenguke. Let's not delay the world from recieving another great RN hero!
