Help send Kevin “KB” Baker to his final rest…

Hey there, it is with great sadness that we share the news that our dear friend and brother KB has passed away. KB was born and raised in Saint Paul and worked for many years as an educator within the Saint Paul Public School system. He was a gentle giant, beloved by his students and hundreds of friends. He adopted our family as his own along with many other friends and their kids and was known around our house as uncle KB. He was tough, but kind and dedicated to all those who touched his heart.

This past November, KB suffered a major stroke and had been struggling to regain his strength and mobility. About halfway through the recovery process, KB experienced a bad fall that left him even further immobile and really down in spirit. Sadly, his poor body couldn’t take anymore and he went to his final rest on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

As a person who gave so much of himself to everyone that he met, we’d like to return the favor and send him off in fine style. Please consider helping cover the costs of laying this Saint Paul icon to rest. Your donations will go immediately towards his cremation, memorial service and celebration of his life. If you are able, please send your donation by July 31st. Anything left over will be donated to the Special Olympics, an organization that was near and dear to his heart.
