Help saving my mastiff

My mastiff bit a lady a few days ago his name is Jack is my best friend and family.  The lady startled him and he out of instinct grabbed her arm and is now

being quarantine at Scott county humane society. He is to be picked up the 12th with 250$ for fees i do not have. Otherwise they can euthanize hoping some people with kind hearts will donate any and all help is appreciated
