If you live anywhere near Tremont Terrace, you know Sully— the fun-loving, orange tabby who truly belongs to everyone. He’s the cat who makes himself at home on your porch, trots beside you on evening walks, stops by to “chat” with your cats through the window, and somehow always knows who has the best snacks. Sully isn’t just a pet— he’s our community mascot, the furry little friend who brings joy, laughter, and comfort to everyone he meets.

But yesterday, October 22, 2025, our sweet boy was hit by a car. An older gentleman was speeding down Crescent Road, driving carelessly, and in an instant, Sully’s world— and ours— changed. The accident left him with devastating injuries. His intestines were pushed through his abdomen, and he now needs emergency, life-saving surgery estimated to cost over $4,000.

His family is heartbroken. They love Sully deeply but simply cannot afford this unexpected and enormous expense. They’re doing everything they can to save him, but they need help. Sully has brought so much happiness to our neighborhood— always curious, always playful, always into something— and now he needs us to have a fighting chance.

Sully has given us all so much love. He has been there for each of us in his own way— comforting us with his presence, showing up when we least expect it, and reminding us of the simple, pure joy of community, connection, and laughter. Now it’s our turn to show up for him. Let’s come together to give that love back to Sully.
