Ngoni is a intelligent and honest Zimbabwean. He has had a heart condition since he was little and had to have multiple surgeries when he was young. He has lived a happy live and traveled as a student and worked in fine hotels providing brilliant guest service. Unfortunately he has recently learned that he needs to have another heart surgery. Because Zimbabwe cannot offer the care he needs he will need to travel to India for the surgery which will cost at least $22,000 USD. Ngoni and his family cannot afford this as they have little resources to earn a good living where they live. His friends in the US have created this page in hopes people will help Ngoni get the surgery he urgently needs. Time is not on his side. Thank you!

The story of Ngoni began 26 years ago when I was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. Having undergone an incorrect procedure in my home country of Zimbabwe, as a two year old, my mother and I sought treatment in South Africa with positive results. This treatment allowed me to live a happy, fruitful life.
Now, after having undergone two open heart procedures (including an additional procedure in 1999) as a child, I am a 28 year old man seeking assistance once again for the same corrective procedure, this time in India.
Most of you who have met me will know that I do not let my underlying heart condition get the best of me and affect my day to day activities. This time my condition has began to affect my daily life negatively and I am appealing to you to assist in helping to restore my former glow. Thank you.
