Help save John's Eye

In the blink of an eye everything changes.  John was diagnosed with a rare and dangerous eye cancer "Ocular Melanoma" requiring surgeries by an experienced Ocular Oncologist.  We found Not ONE in the North East that would accept Johns insurance.  By the Grace of God we found the Tennessee Retina Center in Nashville; and what an amazing find it was. Our 1st trip to Nashville was June 3 - 6.  Our 2nd trip will be July 1 - 10.  Our 3rd trip will be in August.  Trips will be required every four months for laser treatment. Life is precious, everyday is a gift.  The ability to "see" its beauty is not guaranteed.   The cost of travel and out of pocket costs is mounting quickly.  We welcome donations.  Thats a hard thing to ask for.  Please feel no obligation.  We'd be happy with prayers  :-) There is one thing.... I ask that you make a promise to have a comprehensive eye exam yearly, which includes a full dilation looking into the back of your eye.  This is the only way Ocular Melanoma can be found.  It has no symptoms.  It can be fatal.  Get your exam..promise.  The sight, eye and life you safe may very well be your own or that of a loved one you share this with.
