Help save family home after flooding

On Friday January 31 my parents house flooded...AGAIN! My parents now in their late 70's have worked hard their whole lives, built a beautiful home, supported their children during trying times and are active members in their community. Retirement shouldn't be like this.
Just before Christmas, on December 20, 2019 the family was gathering at my parents house for the holidays. As my Dad was recently diagnosed with Dementia we all made it a point to be with them at this time of year. Then the rain started. Their house was flooded by 4:00 am.
We did everything we could to prevent the breach of the floodwaters into the home but nothing worked. After several days of fans and dehumidifiers, tearing out all the carpet, flooring and drywall the house was finally dry again. Then January 22, 2020 my Dad had a massive stroke.
He made a miraculous recovery and came home January 26, unfortunately my parents had no time to celebrate as January 31 brought another rainstorm and another flood. With support from the community we were able to sandbag around the entire house but the water was so high it went over the sand bags and the pumps couldn't keep up.
Since the time of the first flood they have been getting quotes for the work required to prevent this from happening again. The problem lies in they have no access to storm drains or a ditch. Therefore the fix is challenging and expensive.
Heavy equipment is required to dig and put in catch basins and trenches and 3 pumps are needed to remove the water from the property. Unfortunately the house insurance was only enough to cover the rental of the equipment to dry out the house after the first flood.
The estimated costs are $38,000 for the work to prepare the yard, $5,000 for the water pump and $2,000 for the electrical work to wire the pumps to a safety alarm and automatic start.
Please help my parents by supporting this fund. They are truly amazing people who deserve a safe, comfortable home to live in.
