The above named is a known patient of Haematology department at the University of Ilorin teaching hospital who is being managed as a case of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia(CML) since june 2016. He has been on medications, blood transfusions and other supportive care. He therefore desires to seek bone marrow transplant in an advanced cancer care centre outside the country and the amount estimated for the transplant is about twenty million Naira(#20,000,000).
