Help save a sweet love bug cat

Hello fellow humans! I am reaching out from the depths of my heart in hopes that you may connect to my story, and if so, you could help me out a little in getting treatment for this special guy.

I found Zeke when I was driving home one night, it was very cold out and he definitely tried his best to find somewhere to hide. I saw how dirty and skinny he was, and I knew he needed some food and water and a bath. I carefully pursued him until he felt safe enough to get into my car. Once I got him home, I gave him two baths (he was a mess) and fed him and gave him water. He swallowed his food without chewing and acted as if he’d never had access to clean water, so I could tell he really needed it. Since getting him home, he has been the sweetest and kindest boy – he is most definitely a little lover! I brought him to the vet the next day for testing, where they found that he is mostly blind and can only see shadows and contrast of darkness and light. He also has mobility issues that cause him to walk as if he’s drunk and he has little control over his limbs. He is unable to get himself to a standing position to pee/poop, so I’ve had him laying on puppy potty pads so he can let it go when he needs to and I can clean him up. He needs so much more testing to figure out his vision and mobility issues. He is also experiencing what looks like small seizures, but I can’t be sure because the vet hasn’t seen it happen to him since it’s only happened a couple of times. He is only 2-3 years old and he is the sweetest little love bug there ever was. I just want to help him so I can provide him with the loving, warm, safe home he deserves.  It would mean the absolute world to me if you could spare an extra $5 or $10, whatever you have, to help me get this little guy the testing and treatment he needs. I have fallen in love with this sweet guy and he has shown me the same in the short time I’ve known him. Any help received is more appreciated than words can say.
