Help Sarina and Robin's Dental Emergency

It turns out that both of us need to have dental surgeries and they want about $4,000 each to do the procedures...

We have already spent hundreds in transportation, exams, x rays, specialist visits etc.

We wish it was stuff we didn't need but the outlook seems grim :(

Sarina has an impacted wisdom tooth that's sideways and pushing on the nerve and making her face numb. 

Robin had her face busted by accident on Christmas Day by her niece and she will be losing her front tooth because of it.
