Help Sarah Kinney with brain tumor

Donation protected
Everyone that is fortunate to know Sarah knows that she is vibrant, outgoing and generous but most of all loving, caring and a friend to anyone she meets. Everyone knows she would give you the shirt off her back but also a joke or two to make you feel loved while she was helping you out. Sarah can make anyone laugh and sometimes things will just come out of her mouth at the most inappropriate time. That is why so many love Sarah, and Sarah loves so many.

Sarah has faced some difficult times in her life working and attending school full time as an honor student, raising her 2 kids and taking in and caring for her disabled mom. In short, Sarah has always been the caregiver so now I would like to return the favor and help her in her time of need. Please read the following and you will understand why i am asking for your help.

Recently, Sarah was given the terrifying diagnosis of a large tumor that is growing inside her brain. She is obviously scared and exhausted from excruciating headaches, seizures, frequent falling and the unknown future she is facing. She will be undergoing neurosurgery on Wed. Apr. 4th to remove a portion of the tumor but not all of it can be removed surgically since it is located in risky areas of the brain. After surgery she will be in the ICU at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and will eventually be moved to a room where she may have to undergo rehab depending on the outcome of her surgery. Since they cannot remove the entire tumor she will have to undergo chemo and radiation therapy.

Imagine this kind of news suddenly thrown at you with one month left to go for your degree  you've worked so hard at, your wedding you were planning for in the fall. your children depending on you and missing your co-workers and friends. I can't imagine it myself but Sarah is facing this head on like a trooper.

Obviously Sarah is facing a long road ahead and will need all the help and support she can get. She will have to travel for treatments after her surgery, lodging for her family during and after her surgery and many other unforeseen expenses she will incur during her illness and recovery.

Many people have asked Sarah and her family how they can financially help so this is how we decided to go about it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you would like to give Sarah. Most importantly we appreciate your prayers!!
