Help Sara Recover from Her Brain Tumor

Last Friday, my life turned upside down. I found out that my sweetest, dearest wife Sara has a brain tumor about the size of a golf ball. We suspect that it is either a rare benign tumor of the ear nerve called acoustic neuroma, or much more common tumor of the meninges called meningioma. It is so large that it has pushed her brain stem aside and causing her cerebrospinal fluid from draining properly from the ventricles. Sara has named the tumor “Javert,” from Les Miserables.
As long as I have known Sara, she has suffered with episodes of vertigo, balance loss, and partial vision loss. The MRI scan on Friday clearly shows the tumor in its shockingly splendid form and finally answers all our ordeals of the last six years. Since the MRI, family members and friends have been incredibly supportive, encouraging, and loving... It is amazing how suffering can bring people together, and I am most grateful that this ordeal is revealing the goodness of mankind to me and Sara. Thank you, all of you, who have sent messages and donations through my Venmo and bank account over the last 24 hours! You are so kind and wonderful! I am eternally grateful for your goodness in heart.
We anticipate seeing neurosurgeons soon and will be able to know what the next steps will be and how quickly things will unfold. I anticipate a brain surgery, which frightens me. However, the earlier the surgery is, the better it is! We are in the process of scheduling appointments with neurosurgeons at Columbia and Rutgers Universities, who come highly recommended. By Friday, we hope to see someone.
Sara and I are in dire need of financial help paying for the medical expenses. At the moment, we are not sure how much it will cost, but the sources on the Internet says it will cost us somewhere between $60,000 and $120,000 on average. Simone Giertz, a YouTube personality, who also has meningioma, ended up paying roughly $232,000 for her surgery and other medical expenses! I simply don't know how we are going to pay such an astronomical sum.
Right now, I have to focus on restoring my wife's health. Your help will save my wife's life. Every donation counts, large of small. To see people come together in generosity and kindness has moved me and my wife to tears for the last few days.
