Help Sara Larsen

My very good friend has been praying day in and day out for a miracle to happen. Her oldest daughter just started school, and she can't buy her anything for school. She hasn't been having her "cycle" for a little over a year. They are now wanting to do another biopsy to determine if the cervical dysplasia she had when her youngest daughter was born is back or if it's worse then it was then because her health is 10x worse then back then. She can't keep a single thing down, not even water. Her friend has been taking her to the ER to get iv fluids and meds cause she is severely dehydrated, and now medical bills are piling up. Her Wegeners GPA and Rhematoid arthritis are flaring up very bad. She got an IV treatment of rituxin yesterday but it only makes things worse for a few days before she feels better autoimmune wise.
