Help "Border Angel" Sandra cover medical costs.

Hello friends. My name is James Holeman and I run a humanitarian search and rescue group. I started this fundraiser to help our good friend Sandra Magallanes cover her medical costs relating to a long overdue surgery. Sandra is an angel here on earth. Sandra operates one of the migrant shelters just across the border from New Mexico in Puerto Palomas Chihuahua Mexico. Sandra has a huge heart and has given so much to so many and now could use a little help. Sandra experienced a debilitating injury years ago working in dangerous conditions at a meat processing facility. Due to economic and personal reasons she was unable to have the much needed surgery until now. Sandra will finally be having her surgery but is experiencing additional costs related to the medical procedure. I am simply asking for some modest support to help Sandra offset these additional costs. Thank you and thank you for your consideration.
