Help Sammy's ear infection

I would love to take Sammy, this stray cat, to a vet so she can be examined and treated to what it seems to be an ear infection. The consultation starts at 43£ plus the medication she will need. It breaks my heart to think she is suffering out there in the cold. She is being fed and she is living outside a hotel in Heathrow. The staff has arranged a box and some old clothes to try to keep her warm, but she is in need of a vet as soon as possible.
