Help Sam and Lisa with medical expenses

When not working as a Field Service Technician for Cintas Fire Protection Division or a firefigher at Pittsburgh International Race Complex, Sam Stadterman can be seen volunteering his time to serve the residents of Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Since 2014, Sam has served as a volunteer firefighter. Initially serving with Chippewa VFD, he now volunteers his time with Beaver VFD and Patterson Heights VFD. As an active member and Trustee with the Beaver County Firefighters Association, Sam was instrumental with helping to revive the association andtheir goal of ensuring that the firefighters of Beaver County have access to quality training classes.
This past January, Sam received the words nobody wants to here; “You have cancer.” More specifically, Esophageal Adenocarcinoma; a type of cancer that starts in the mucous glands of the Esophagus. Initially staged at IIIA, the unfortunateresults of a recent PET Scan revealed that the cancer has spread to his collar bone, pelvis and neck.
True to his character, he unselfishly thought about the wellbeing of his family and friends; more specifically his wife, Lisa and step-daughters, Julie and Ciera. Not wanting them to endure the emotional pain of seeing someone close deal with this horrible disease.
With treatment starting soon in Pittsburgh, Sam will ultimately have to go on short-term disability with Cintas. Working a job based on commission during COVID has affected the short-term compensation that he will be receiving. Please consider donating to someone that for the past 8 years has volunteered his time to the communities that he has served. Donating will help lessen the financial burden allowing Sam and his family to concentrate on his treatment. Any contribution will be appreciated.
