Help Sam and Cam while finding answers for V

Donation protected
As I have been a friend of Sam’s before IVF and throughout pregnancy and motherhood. After Sam told me her story I wanted to help take some stress off this young families shoulders :(
Violet has been unwell since she was 4 months old. She was hospitalised 5 times from 4 months to a week before her 1st birthday with chronic wet mucus chest, difficulty breathing and diarreah. The local hospital would place her on a nasogastric feeding tube for 3-5 days and then send them home. Every time they were sent home she was still unwell but “too well to be at hospital”. There concerns were constantly ignored and dismissed. In November she was so unwell, she was taken to the Children’s Hospital.
Again placed on a NG tube for her accute symptoms, and then sent home. While they were there they begged and pleaded they take her on as a patient but they were turned away because of there postcode. They live out of the “catchment”. However, told if at urgent care needed they would see her ???
Since then, V has made a rapid decline in health. They have emailed essay upon essay, phoned repeatedly and transferred from pillar to post trying to get hold of paediatricians, specialists with no responses or phone calls returned weeks later. She has been rhinovirus positive since October 2023, with invasive PCR’s done monthly. Her white blood cells & lymphocytes are very high, so she was tested for cystic fibrosis, thankfully she is negative. they finally saw a respiratory doctor last week and he said she needs immediate and urgent investigation and is extremely unwell. She is being hospitalised for (at the moment) 14 days, with the potential of being extended to 21. She is not allowed any visitors other than Sam and Cam. She is having surgery to have her lungs investigated with a camera to see if there is any damage and assess the mucus that’s preventing her from breathing properly and they will take a sample for testing. She is having a PICC line put in her vein in her arm which will run to her chest and heart for constant medication the entire stay.
Sam started a new full time job 3 weeks ago with zero leave to her name. Cam has zero leave as he has been looking after V because she is not able to attend daycare (which they are still paying every day for).
Due to still paying off there giant IVF bill, there is no room for reduced working hours while V is in hospital. They have no idea how they are both suppose to work 38 hours, have either one of them there with V at all times, and also get sleep to function.
These guys need the financial stress of there shoulders and need our help. Please! Anything counts
