On March 30th around 10pm Roseni and her husband Hoang was brutally beaten and burglarized. They were getting ready for bed along with their 7year old daughter when they suddenly heard a loud shatter coming from their backroom sliding door. Roseni quickly locked her bedroom door but unfortunately the robbers was able to kick it down. Four robbers with masks on zipped tied Roseni and her husband while they ransacked their house for nearly an hour. Roseni husband was brutally beaten while the robbers desperately looked for money repeatedly asking him where they hid their valuables. One of the robbers even threaten to kill their 7year old daughter if he didn’t tell them where the money was. The robbers took everything they had then fled the scene leaving Roseni and her husband beaten and traumatized. The home invasion left Roseni and her family in a helpless situation fearing that the robbers might return. Nonetheless left with no money to cover bills and medical expenses. She never thought she would ever have to experience a brutal home invasion like this, whereas her life and the life of her loved ones was placed in immense danger. Thankfully they are safe now but the thieves were able to get away with their life savings, gold valuables and sentimental items that was passed from their ancestors. Material things can be replaced but the terror and trauma that they had to endure will never go away. Anxiety and trauma will continue to linger but we are hopeful that they will get through this. I've created this GoFundMe to help Roseni and her family pay for medical expenses plus any bills along the way so they cope and transition through the recovery process.
