Help Rogue live her best Dog life!

Meet Princess Rogue Talula-Wan but you can call her Rogue. Rogue is a little over 3 and 1/2 years old and has been with me since she was 9 weeks old. She has brought so much love and joy into my life. I can’t imagine it without her. Shortly after Rogue turned 1, I discovered she was having trouble going to the bathroom. It turns out she had a blockage on her bottom that several vets had never seen before. After visiting a specialist and starting medication for the problem, things started looking up. Unfortunately, we soon discovered her colon had stretched due to the blockage.  She was rushed to emergency and in trying to save her, her bladder was torn a bit. At just 2 years old, I was told to prepare for her death but Rogue is a fighter and she was not having it. She made it through the night and has been taking various forms of medication ever since. Even so, Rogue goes through rough periods and often times bleeds or continues to have issues defecating, sometimes leading to several vet visits and overnight stays. Her most recent one was this Friday where they discovered pancreatitis and high white blood cells. All due to her previous medical conditions. She will be coming home soon and we will be reassessing her medication with her specialist. But through it all Rogue remains a Champion. She wags her tail to everyone she meets. She’s always ready with a smile. Rogue is not giving up and I’m not giving up on her. Every little bit helps to help this happy bundle of love live her best life. Thank you.
