Help River get to NYC for surgery

Our sweet baby girl has a strawberry hemangioma on her tummy that has become ulcerated and has been causing her so much pain... We have exhausted our options trying to heal this for her and it continues to get worse... Unable to find help for her locally I reached out to a specialist in New York and he agreed to see her... At this point she needs to have surgery to remove the hemangioma completely so we will be taking her to New York where she will be having surgery on August 15th...  Anything to help us get her there will be greatly appreciated...
