Help Mike Fight The Costs of Cancer

I set this Go Fund Me to help my dear cousin and her husband Mike!! On July 15th of 2020 Mike was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the head and neck. Mike had 9 hours of surgery August 13th at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota  where they removed the front roof of his mouth and replaced it with bone, muscle, and veins from his right lower leg and reconstructed a new roof and gum line to do dental implants to replace the teeth they removed to access the tumor and cancer. After Mike’s surgery Mike and his wife Lisa traveled back and forth to Eau Claire Monday through Friday for Mike’s radiation for 6 weeks after Lisa worked a full day of work. Mike has been working with doctors at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN which had caused often travel and many over night stays at a hotel for his wife Lisa. After finished treatment he became ill and after many trips to the ER and trips to Mayo in Rochester they discovered Mike was diagnosed with recurrent and distal recurrent Squamous Cell Carcinoma which has affected his left lung and Mike’s jaw from ear to ear,left cheek, under chin and anterior adam’s apple. Mike and Lisa are now back at Mayo in Rochester and Mike will be starting another treatment plan after his stay at the hospital. This has caused an unexpected burden on them financially and in many ways! Mike has not been working during this time and Lisa is trying to squeak overtime in when she can to help make ends meet!!! Any amount is appreciated  and will be put towards medical bills, travel and lodging! Lisa is also asking for many prayers! Thank You!!
